In order to get a free loan of medical equipment, you will need information for three different people: the client (the person who will use the equipment), a cosigner who is a second person helping the client who is also responsible for the equipment, and also a third person who knows the client but doesn't live with them. (There is some additional info needed for people who live in an assisted living facility.)
